SHIPPING POLICY
At Cardboard Addictions, we work hard to ensure your Pokémon TCG orders are packed safely, shipped quickly, and delivered with reliable tracking. All orders are fulfilled through our Shippo-powered shipping system, allowing us to offer accurate rates, multiple carrier options, and real-time tracking updates.
Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Handmade items (such as fabric keychains) may require an additional 1–3 days depending on volume.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout through Shippo based on:
• Destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected carrier and service level
We currently offer:
• Canada-wide shipping
• United States shipping
• International shipping to select countries
Available carriers may include Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and other Shippo-supported services.
Tracking Information
• All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.
• Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your label is created through Shippo.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For U.S. and international orders:
• Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cardboard Addictions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We accurately declare package values and HS codes through Shippo to ensure smooth international transit.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by carrier and destination. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, transit times may be affected by:
• Weather
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Peak seasonal volume
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours or your local post office.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier through Shippo.
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist.
Cardboard addictions is not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs holds.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
