Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and carrier rates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Issues such as loss, delay, or damage must be addressed with the carrier.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or replacements may be offered only when Cardboard Addictions is at fault (e.g., incorrect or missing items).
We do not accept returns for opened products, buyer’s remorse, or minor packaging imperfections.
